Sloane

First of all...her NAME! I love it.  I think I have only photographed one Sloane before her....but secondly...LOOK AT THIS BABY!!! Her LIPS...her HAIR...she's just GORGEOUS and to think at 3 weeks old...someone told momma baby was too old to be photographed as a "newborn".  To be honest, years ago when I first started newborn photography, I thought the same thing.  If a baby was older than 1 week...it was too old.  Over the years I have come to learn that up to almost 4 weeks is still young enough and new enough to do most things a 1-week-old can do.  Plus they have filled out more, they sometimes smile (ON PURPOSE)...and they are just used to be handled.  I am so thankful this momma found me and I had a last minute opening.  THIS. BABY!!!  MY. HEART.
